While working with Renegades Media, one of the businesses in our network approached us for a design project for their new company, Trusted Ads. Trusted Ads aimed to capitalize on the historic cryptocurrency boom with their unique offering; Watch ads and get paid Bitcoin.
There were already numerous similar offerings for earning bitcoin passively, such as cash back apps, app store games, and survey taking. Trusted aimed to connect merchants and consumers together, and offer brands a platform where users would be rewarded for watching ads.
The concept was interesting, but the fact still remained; Nobody likes watching advertisements. I immediately sought a way to make the concept of Trusted as fun as possible, to excite the user once they landed on their site.
Over the next few weeks, the Renegades team and myself worked to create a visually engaging campaign for Trusted’s initial launch. This was not a full scale brand identity, but expanding on their current designs. This included website graphics, ad creatives, and other small visual assets.
Trusted Ads launched in late 2019.
