Ever since I was a kid, I loved designing and telling stories. Growing up, I started drawing and writing my own comic books, which peaked my interest in graphic design. During high school I took a course on web design & marketing, after 2 years in college I decided to drop out to start my own web and graphic design agency.
Today, I’m the founder of JB Enterprises of Charlotte, a conglomerate of agencies that partner with startups, tech companies, and other clients to develop their branding and marketing strategy. I’m also currently a digital designer at Wray Ward, the largest marketing agency in Charlotte.
My primary focus in business is creating a opposing business model to today’s corporate environment, that benefits both leaders and employees. People preform best when they’re pursuing their strengths and being rewarded for it, not tasked with busy work because someone above them doesn’t feel like doing it. I aim to create an environment of equality, respect, and most of all, happiness.
