BoatsForSale.com is the 3rd largest online marketplace for new and used boats in the United States, connecting thousands of buyers and dealerships across the country. When I joined the project, the goal was to completely reimagine the user experience; from a dated, clunky browsing experience to a fast, modern, and conversion-optimized platform that would stand out from larger competitors.

I was responsible for the full product re-design, collaborating closely with the Revver Digital development team. My role included competitor analysis, developing a new UX strategy, redesigning the site design system and inventory search flow, and improving mobile usability.
