Boats For Sale

As Lead UX/UI Designer at OneWater, my first project was a complete overhaul of  BoatsForSale.com, an online marketplace where boat buyers and dealers could connect to buy or sell boats.

The original website was designed using a pre-made template, but I started from scratch on a completely new design system and UI layout. I pulled lots of inspiration from other successful online marketplaces, such as CarGurus, CarMax, and Realtor.com.

The result was a much needed visual refresh that helped boat buyers quickly and easily filter down what type of boat they were searching for, and start the purchase process directly from the site. The new design also opened the door to potential advertisers to promote their marine products on the site.
